Store Policy

  • Refund policy - All sales are final.
  • Return policy - All sales are final.
  • Issues with order - You have 30 days from your order date to reach out to us if you're having issues with your shipment or tracking number. If you reach out AFTER 30 days, you're on your own.
  • Delivery policy - All items ship by either USPS First Class/Priority or UPS ground.
  • Cancellation policy - Once the label is printed and you (the customer) receive tracking, the order is ready to ship. After that point, the order cannot be canceled.
